If you pay for a program or event, payment details are handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, deliver the programs and events you sign up for, send transactional emails (such as registration confirmations and calendar invites), and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Access & authentication
Members and administrators sign in through our authentication provider. Account access is restricted to the signed-in user, and administrative areas are limited to authorised team members.
Subprocessors & integrations
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service, including our hosting and database platform, our email delivery provider, our payment processor, and our video meeting tool for live sessions. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention & deletion

Security is a shared responsibility. We maintain the controls described on this page; our hosting and infrastructure providers maintain platform-level controls; and we ask that you keep your account credentials confidential and use a strong, unique password.
