Meet Nicky & Lindsay

Nicky helps dance studio, theatre school and performing arts facility owners grow into the leader their business needs as it grows. Having built and led her own successful dance business, she knows what it's like to juggle teaching, managing a team, making difficult decisions and feeling like everyone is relying on you. She also knows that what gets you started isn't always what helps you grow. She helps owners lead with more confidence, build strong, motivated teams and create a positive culture where people take ownership. Her goal is to help studio owners stop carrying everything themselves, so they can enjoy leading their business instead of constantly feeling overwhelmed by it.

While Nicky focuses on people and leadership, Lindsay is a systems and technology coach. Having built and scaled his own dance business, he helps dance studio, theatre school and performing arts facility owners understand, simplify and optimise the technology behind their business. His coaching covers customer journeys, processes, automation strategy and how tools such as Ontraport can create capacity without losing the human touch. Lindsay coaches owners and their teams to make better systems decisions and implement with confidence. Technical build work is separate and, when needed, is scoped through The Scale Sprint. His philosophy is simple: automate the routine, humanise the exception.
